It’s something we’ve been building for over a decade. In 2022 we began trials of our platform with clients. It’s built to help teams sustain the strategies and plans we create together - through into execution.

Business needs a way of managing the moving parts for something as comprehensive and complex as strategy and planning.

A Purpose-Built Platform

On all smart devices but optimised for the desktop, a sister ‘app’ will be added later in the year with features beyond the specific assignments.

This ‘app’ will deliver real-time insight, support, articles, community and AL/ML features.

We expect this to be available towards the Summer of 2023.

Helping The TeamWork

We onboard clients directly with support and guidance. We give one-to-one training where required. The system is intuitive and directly mirrors the frameworks in structure and application.

The help pages quickly remind the team of the work already in progress. The team can provide feedback, iterate and update every framework aspect.

We work in the background to ensure the integrity of the frameworks at all times. Chat functionality means the team is never far away from a helpful hand.

About Framework Science™

Over many years we've established a highly effective way of creating strategies and plans that work. As a result, we have ‘codified’ the conversations needed to make winning choices.

We don’t use the word conversation lightly.

Conversations encourage a leadership team to agree to the big question, gather critical information, engage with the enterprise and marketplace - challenge and understand the whole system of their business.

They allow us to discuss the options, make decisions accordingly and be able to convey the results clearly and simply to everyone involved.

Conversations must lead to decisions.

Extensive and collaborative conversations can only be handled within a structure that makes sense to everyone involved. We call these frameworks, and each framework is made up of appropriate modules.

Each case is unique, and the configuration varies based on the exam question.

The conversations that result are ‘prompted’ by the themes built within each module. Modules are always closely interrelated so that they work together to create logical responses.

Two Primary Frameworks.

To answer the Exam Question, we start with two primary frameworks – the strategic ‘conversational framework’ and a ‘blueprint framework’.

In both cases, the conversations are prompted by each module's design and the exam question's inherent requirements.

The Platform Principles

The integrity of the frameworks is a top priority. As a result, we ask that you submit changes as individuals and teams; we will assess implications across the system and action accordingly.

Conversation will still drive how we work, and the Platform will make it easier to take new thoughts and perspectives on board and into the framework.

The Platform has been designed for use by the core team, who have been tasked with refining and maintaining the framework.

Additional tools have been included to help to stay on track and focused on the right things.

This Platform does not replace your existing tools; it was designed specifically to sustain the outcomes of an SVT™ engagement. Let us know if you have concerns about overlap and alignment with your own tools.
